Marvel Drops Trailer for ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ on Disney+

Marvel Entertainment has released the trailer for its upcoming series Daredevil: Born Again, is set to premiere on Disney+ on March 4.

This new series is the continuation of another Netflix phenomenon series Daredevil which aired from 2015 to 2018. The trailer stands at two minutes and six seconds and sees the return of Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock commonly referred to as Daredevil. Matt is a blind lawyer with profound sense of the society and extraordinary abilities to see justice through this law firm. While it may appear that Matt has removed himself from the role of protector for Hell’s Kitchen, there is, of course, former mob boss Wilson Fisk (Kingpin), as depicted by Vincent D’Onofrio, who is now back in New York trying his hand at politics. Having their pasts revealed, two men are in the middle of a dangerous road. It also shows Daredevil and Jon Bernthals Frank Castle a.k.a The Punisher in what looks like a face off.

Charlie Cox’s Return and Previous Appearances.

Charlie Cox was last seen as Daredevil in the 2022 She-Hulk: Among others, Strais in the Attorney at Law series together with Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters (She – Hulk). He also made brief appearances in Echo and Spider-Man: In the film Spider-man No Way Home the character has worked as a lawyer to Peter Parker.

Cox also expressed himself in November 2024 about the sensational chance to be working with Vincent D’Onofrio: The dynamics between these two in 60-plus years of comic history are phenomenal. It’s full of this information and knowledge which means that one is ready to draw from the ground. Thus, we kind of win a lottery when we got a chance to be cast in this show. It has been my great honour to act along with Vincent this is a shame that I must tell this on TV though. To work opposite this man has been one of the great honors of my career.”

Cast and Crew Details

In addition to Cox, D’Onofrio, and Bernthal, Daredevil: The new series Born Again will cast Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Marianna, and Wilson Bethel as Poindexter. Among new additions to the cast there are Michael Gandolfini, Margarita Levieva, and Jeremy Earl.
