The legendary Malayalam actress Meena Ganesh has passed away.

The actress Meena Ganesh who acted in theatre and serials also had acted in more than hundred films.

Popular television actress and a known face in Malayalam films, Meena Ganesh breathed her last on Thursday morning (December 19 2024) at a private hospital in Shoranur, Palakkad district of Kerala. She was 81 years old. Meena was a patient of several age related illnesses that have been treated for some time now. She had stopped acting after one was struck by a stroke six years back.

In her entire career, Meena worked in more than over 100 films. These include Vasanthiyum Lakshmiyum Pinne Njanum, Karumadikkuttan, Punaradhivasam, Meesha Madhavan, Nandanam and so on.
