Mamata Machinery IPO Day 3 Live Updates
The ₹179.39 crore Mamata Machinery IPO will close its public issue on December 23 this year to subscribe for a stake in the company. So within two days of bidding it had been subscribed 37.34 times.
The subscription breakdown is as follows: QIB was subscribed 4.74 times, NII at 49.45 times and the Retail segment was subscribed at 50.55 times respectively. The Employee quota subscribed at a rate of 53.97 times.
This IPO is an exercise in pure offer for sale consisting of 0.74 cr. of equity share. The price band of the offering has been fixed between Rs230 and Rs243 per share.
Practical from April 1979, Mamata Machinery engaged in machinery and exporter of machines for manufacturing plastic bags, pouches, packing materials and extrusion items. The company offers numerous solutions in manufacturing which are specific to the packaging sector.
