PM Modi to Launch Grameen Bharat Mahotsav 2025 in Delhi Today

When PM Narendra Modi had addressed a gathering on Grameen Bharat Mahotsav 2025 before it was going to be inaugurated, he also highlighted the fact that it is very important for the villages of India to become prosperous in order to UNESCO’S dream of a developed India can come true.

On X, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on post: “The more vibrant the villages are, the more they will help in translating the vision of accumulative India into reality.” Today we have the honour to launch the festival of Rural India at Delhi at around 11 in the morning. Such an event will greatly enhance rural economy.”

PM Modi is set to inaugurate the Grameen Bharat Mahotsav 2025 on January 4, at 10:at 30 AM precisely at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. He will also utter with the attendees, this group was confirmed by an official statement from the PM’s office the previous day.

The PM’s office has said, Mahotsav shall be held from January 4th to 9th with the aim of entrepreneurship and cultural exhibition of rural India under the theme of ‘Building resilient rural India for Viksit Bharat 2047’.

The event focuses on making new rural infrastructure, creating self-sustaining local economies, and the use of discussions, workshops, and master classes. Other goals include enhancing economic sustainability of the proposed program for the rural people and specifically for the NE Indian region. Some of the initiatives for funding will focus on bettering access to capital, which is a bid at ensuring financial inclusion meets the population’s needs, or in helping in achieving sustainable agricultural practices.

One of the major components of Mahotsav will be creating awareness about entrepreneurship amongst rural women. This forum effectively holds government officials, rural businesspeople, thinkers, crafters, and other stakeholders to chart for performance change – a rural transformation plan. It will also promote debate on how technology and best practice can improve rural income generation and Indian cultural activities such as dance and music festivals and art fairs.

PM Modi launched it on Friday by starting 1,675 new constructed flats for residents of JJ clusters and distributed keys to the respective beneficiaries at Swabhiman Apartments for Ashok Vihar in Delhi. Pre-inauguration, he visited specifically constructed flats for the people of JJ clusters under In-Situ Slum Rehabilitation Program.
