Saif Ali Khan Attack: Thief’s First Encounter in Jeh’s Room

A thief, who broke into Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s residence in the early hours of Thursday, attacked the actor after initially entering Jeh’s room. The intruder, armed with a stick and a knife, appeared to have intended to rob the house, as stated by Jeh’s nanny, Eliyama Philip.

Saif Ali Khan Attack: When Did the Thief First Strike?

Around 2 am, Philip noticed movement inside the room and initially thought it was Kareena. However, she soon spotted a man’s shadow near the bathroom door, wearing a cap, which made her alert to the situation.

Philip quickly moved to protect Jeh, but upon noticing her presence, the intruder motioned for her to be quiet by pressing his finger to his lips.

The intruder then attempted to stab Philip with a blade. In her attempt to block the attack, she raised her hand but was still injured by the blade.

As the intruder demanded money, he told her, “Money… One crore.”

Saif Ali Khan Attack: How Saif and Kareena Were Alerted to the Situation

Meanwhile, another caretaker named Junu seized the chance to escape the room and immediately informed Saif and Kareena about the attack. Upon hearing Junu’s warning, Saif and Kareena rushed to Jeh’s room. Saif confronted the intruder directly, asking, “Who are you, and what do you want?”

This led to a struggle, which further escalated the situation. The intruder then attacked Saif with a wooden object and a hexa blade.

Saif Ali Khan Attack: Family’s Escape and Alerting Authorities

Despite the attack, Saif managed to fend off the intruder. The family swiftly exited the room, locking the door behind them for safety. They then contacted the authorities to report the incident.

The family sought refuge in an upstairs room, and hearing the commotion, the staff emerged from their rooms. They found the door to Jeh’s room open and began searching the house for the intruder, but were unable to locate him. The police continue to investigate the situation.

Philip told authorities that Saif Ali Khan sustained injuries during the attack.
