Delhi Election 2025 Live: AAP’s Arvind Kejriwal Says BJP’s Strategies are Frauds
The chief of AAP called on the public to appreciate their votes.
At a press conference, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal levelled allegations of political corruption against his rival BJP by saying that it is indulged in distribution of money and goods in order to lure voters. He pleaded with the public not to lead in the sale of their votes as he affirms that their votes are precious than diamonds.
PANCHJEE BJP accused of resorting to dishonest practices
Kejriwal accused the BJP of using ‘unscrupulous tactics’ saying that a party that fails to have a proper agenda and a formidable CM candidate was not serious about the people of Delhi. He said that in some regions money was being thrown but out of ₹10,000 every sent, only ₹1000 reached the public as the leaders took the rest.
Distribution of Golden Chains and other articles
The AAP chief also disclosed that gold chains had been distributed in some of the colonies for the past few days. He asked for the account on public funds, and also on things like sarees, blankets and other commodities.
Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal Have Verbal Duel
The political tensions between Congress’s Rahul Gandhi and AAP’s Arvind Kejriwal upped the ante on Monday, the 13th of January, as both leaders came out with bitter barbs for each other as Delhi prepares for the Assembly polls on the 5th of February.
Rahul Gandhi Reacts on Kejriwal’s Administration
Delivering a speech at the Seelampur rally, Rahul Gandhi criticised Kejriwal for mimicking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘culture of propaganda and populism’. He accused the AAP government of not focussing on basic problems like pollution, corruption, and inflation in the national capital.
Opposition to decison to not consider the caste census questioned
The PM Narendra Modi and Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal were also dismissed by Gandhi on the question of caste census. It accused their justified act of omission as a deprivation of the rightful quota of decentralization and commerialization to backward classes, Dalits, tribals and minorities.
