NEW DELHI: After more than 30 schools in Delhi received bomb threat mails, similar mails targeted some institutions again on Saturday according to Delhi Police.

NEW DELHI: A number of schools in Delhi such as DPS RK Puram, Ryan International School, and Vasant Kunj were emailed bomb threats on Saturday, said Delhi Police.

Authorities stated that the emails were sent at 6:A post was made early morning 12 am from an address with name childrenofallah@outlook.com and sender name Barry Allah. The schools reported the threats to the police soon after receiving the threats. Both bomb detection teams and fire officials were called to the places but nothing incendiary was identified, according to the authorities.

The bomb threat email read: Allah knows you are trying your hardest not to receive his punishment. But they are futile. There is no created soul that can avoid the retribution of the Allah. The Prophet Mohammed makes it clear for every anti God’s person as enemies to the world. And as for the second of your attempts to stop us, let me tell you we have not even noticed it. It will not work. The Prophet Mohammed has allowed the children to burn in the sacred flame of Allah ‘sir,’ News agency ANI quoted.

It also declared and I quote, “On Saturday, when students, may not be in your buildings is when the buildings shall be pulled down,” end of quote. These are our bomb vests – she said while holding what appears to be a bomb vest and pointing at a picture of the fake bomb vest which is accompanied by an inscription indicating ‘blessed by Prophet Muhammad’. They shall not fail and achieve it. In general, our children are the brave servants of Allah. The shall finish their job.”

Bomb Threats on Friday

On Friday, some 30 private schools in the city received bomb threat emails and this is the second time in a week. Something similar occurred on December 9 when 44 schools received hoax bomb threats.

The emails set December 13 and 14 specifically as dates the threats would be detonated; “There are many explosives on your school premises, powerful enough to destroy the buildings and harm people.”

Ignoarning the statements, a message allegedly posted by a group that uses the dark web section on social media underscored security loopholes in schools especially the ‘similar start to end school timings’ and the lack of proper check on bags at the entry points.
